I purchased something, when will you ship?
I usually ship on Fridays, though sometimes I ship twice a week.
Can I place a custom order?
I'm sorry, I don't take orders. This allows me to constantly make new products rather than being forced to make old stuff over and over.
How does a drop work?
Make sure to sign up to my newsletter (on the bottom of my Home Page) to be notified of every upcoming sale via email. Drops are simply a specific date and time when new items are added to the website.
Do you ship internationally?
I'm shipping to most countries now, international shipping fee is $40
I purchased something, but then realized my shipping address is incorrect.
Try to confirm your shipping address during checkout, but if it ends up being incorrect, simply email me the correct address and make sure to include your name to serge@sergeknives.com
