Shard Slipjoints are my take on a simplified traditional slipjoint
folder, showcasing the way the blade and spring interact.
The blade is set up with a half-stop to make closing the knife
safer. Blades and springs are made from stonewashed CPM-154,
handles are antiqued brass, pivot rings are copper. Open length is
4 5/8”, blade length is 1 3/4”, closed length is 2 3/4”. Blades are
chisel ground (ground on only one side) to keep the cutting edge
close to the handle in the closed position to allow for safe
carrying in the pocket. Clip is stonewashed titanium.

Updated version with a clip and engraving on the back of the blade.
